About this Help System
Understanding how the Knowledge Base works is important for you to find answers fast, and understand how to use it without waiting for support to answer you - it is like a DIY system, so please read this page first.
Public Help vs Member Help
Public Help - when not logged into your admin panel or have not registered yet, you are able to see whatever help we have in the knowledge base for what we call the "public" side of our web site.
Member Help - when you are logged into your admin panel, you have full access to ALL our knowledge base items and information. If you are a member and not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
Top MenusThe menu items are really self explanatory... the "Help Home" link always gets you back to this page - the rest is related to the corporate side of EzyZone where we explain what we are about. It is important to do it this way as search engines can bring visitors directly to this page, and those visitors may need more info on what we are about.
The Menu on Your RightThe menu's to your right on top is where you can start learning more about using EzyZone and probably get all the info you need to move forward without contacting support and waiting for a reply. You are welcome to click around and s
ee what we have as help items, but your most powerful item is probably using the "Search" function on the top of this and every other page... This search function will search our entire database and give you the most relevant info you may need to answer your question!
Video LinksOne of the best ways to get answers is to watch a video explaining what you are asking!
As we continue to develop this amazing system, you will find that we create videos that assist you to understand what we are doing. Our aim is to produce a video for every aspect of our site that may need explaining. So, to see all our videos, use the links on your right... it is visual and explains all with pictures of your actual site you are working on.
Cannot find AnswersHey, with a system as developed as ours, it may take some time for our Knowledge Base staff to keep up with our smart programmers and what they develop!
If you ever feel that we have not posted an explanation for an answer you may need, help us to help others... go to our support site, ask the question, get the answer and our staff will add it to the knowledge base so the next visitor gets the answer without contacting support - pretty simple, and thanks if you do!
